This notice applies to technology professionals who contact Tektavia about current or future opportunities.
Information we may receive
This may include your contact details, CV, work history, skills, qualifications, employment preferences, right-to-work information and communications with us. Please do not send special-category personal data unless we ask for it and explain why it is needed.
How we use it
We use candidate information to assess suitability for opportunities, contact you about relevant roles, introduce you to prospective clients where you have agreed, maintain recruitment records and meet legal obligations. The relevant lawful bases may include legitimate interests, steps toward a contract, legal obligation and, where required, consent.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with prospective clients and service providers where necessary for recruitment and with appropriate safeguards. We retain recruitment information only for an appropriate period, taking account of the relationship, candidate preferences and legal requirements.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or an explanation of how your information is used, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@tektavia.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Before accepting CVs or applications at scale, Tektavia should finalise its recruitment data-retention schedule, client data-sharing process and secure ATS/storage controls, then have this notice reviewed by qualified counsel.
